You are summoned to attend the Monthly Parish Council meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 10th June 2026, at 7pm at the Wyberton Community Centre Meeting room.
The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in this agenda.

AGENDA
1. Chairman to open the monthly parish council meeting.
2. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
• Advance apologises from Cllr Mike Sharp – Prior Commitment
3. Public Forum: To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council
4. Declarations of interest (if any): To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
5. Minutes of the Annual Parish Council meeting and Monthly Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 13th May 2026- To resolve as a correct record and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

7. Clerks Report – Ongoing Items
7.1: Drainage works at the Community Centre. - Update
• The clerk has sent the decision from the Insurance company to all councillors
7.2: East Coast Community Fund - Grant application update
• Grantscape, have approved both contractors for the works at the community centre.
• SJG – They state that they have received approval from the national grid for the works to be carried out.
• The clerk received an email dated 2nd June stating that the scaffolding will be set up on Wednesday 3rd June.
• JES – The heaters have now all been installed; the contractor will be visiting the community centre to show the clerk and caretaker how they work.
• The clerk has asked for the extra cabling that has been installed in the PGS to be converted to a plug.

7.3 Resident complaints regarding the parking on Saundergate Lane Dentist
• The clerk received an email from Cllr Barry Daish, which the clerk forwarded to all councillors, stating waiting restriction assessment.
7.4. Infinis Solar Development – Community Funding – Cllr David Williams
• Infinis have approved the contractor for the windows and doors at the community centre
• K&K windows have been to the community centre to measure up and they stated that they would work around the hirers to get the works completed. They say that the works will start mid-June.
• The quote received for the works on the ceiling has been sent to the funding company and we are waiting for confirmation from them that the funding has been approved.
• The clerk is still in the progress of obtaining quotes for fencing around the carpark.
• More information when available.
7.5. Chairman’s regalia – Change of pendant to Wyberton colours and logo.
• From the last meeting councillors agreed for an oak board with gold lettering, going back to 1974.
• The clerk has been in contact with a few companies and awaiting replies.
7.6. Update on Speeding on Low Road
• No further update.
7.7 Update on Local Government Re-organisation - new unitary authority proposal submitted to central government
• No further update.
7.8. Cuckoo Land Allotments
• Cllr Jason Stevenson dealing with this matter.

7.9. Gesture of goodwill to resident’s hedge cutting –
• The clerk emailed the resident and has not had any further email communication.
7.10 Defibrillator – Outside Community Centre – Cllr Allan Fryer
• Cllr Allan Fryer to update when more information is available.
7.11. Wyberts Park and Green Space – Future – Cllr Jason Stevenson
• Update when available
8. Councillors to discuss & resolve the following items:
8.1 Data Protection Responsibilities – Initial Training and Awareness Session
(AGAR Assertion 10)
• To introduce councillors to their responsibilities under Data Protection legislation and to agree that all councillors will complete the free ICO training modules provided by the ICO.
• The clerk to hand out a notice at the meeting with the necessary information.
8.2 To discuss the weight limits on the roads of Wyberton.
• The clerk received an email from Boston Standard regarding the “Sinkhole” on West End Road, and what the thoughts are on the matter.
• The clerk replied stating:
The PC share the concerns of the residents, the PC regularly pass on residents concerns.to Lincolnshire County Council.
• The Clerk, on the advice of Cllr Allan Fryer, has contacted Cllr Barry Daish regarding the diversion sign towards Saundergate. However, HGVs are continuing to ignore the signage. Can a ‘No HGVs’ sign be arranged?
8.3 To discuss the email regarding Celebrating the rich heritage within our parish
• The clerk received an email, which was sent to all councillors
• Councillors to discuss what they wish to contribute.
9. Finance

10. Planning matters: Town and Country Planning Act 114140 - To consider and make observations on all planning applications received and to note planning approvals, refusals, enforcement complaints and appeal decisions advised by the Borough Council – The parish clerk has delegated authority to respond to planning applications, in consultation with the councillors via email.
