You are summoned to attend the Monthly Parish Council meeting, which will be held on Wednesday 12th March 2025, at 7pm at Wyberton Community Centre Meeting room. The business to be dealt with at the meeting is listed in this agenda.

1. Chairman to open the meeting.
 
2. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting. 
 
3. Public Forum: To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.
 
4. Declarations of interest (if any): To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
     
5. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 12th February 2025- To resolve as a correct record and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

7. Clerks Report – Ongoing issues
 
a) New Logo on the front of the Community centre – The Clerk - Update
•     The clerk has now received vinyl in the correct size. 
•      Cllr Allan Fryer to install the logo. 
 
b) Noticeboard at the front of the Community centre - Update
•       Still awaiting delivery of Noticeboard.
 
c) Chattertons – Land at Parthian Avenue – Update 
•       Chattertons – The solicitor is dealing with the transfer, waiting for the final documents. 
 
d) Community Centre Hire – Changes implemented. – To Note
• A new checklist has been implemented in the process of hiring the Community Centre. 
Security deposits for Adult and Children’s parties have been increased.
e) Redecoration of the Prince George Suite. – To Note
• Community Centre Committee have agreed to the redecoration of the Prince George Suite.
 
8. Councillors update on previous agenda items – To Note / To discuss and resolve
   
8.1. Crest update – Cllr Allan Fryer 
- Cllr Allan Fryer to show Councillors revised designs.
 
8.2. Speeding and traffic / Radar Signs – Meeting update – Cllr Allan Fryer and Cllr Caryn Sheldrake.
 -       Cllr Allan Fryer meeting with Graeme Butler on Tuesday 11th March at 10am.
 
8.3. United Charities Trust - Update - Cllr David Williams
-   Letters have been sent to existing trustees to inform them of the need to seek re-appointment.
       
8.4. East Coast Community Fund - Grant application update – Cllr David Williams.
-       Cllr David Williams awaiting quotations to be included in the application.
 
9. Councillors to discuss and resolve the following items:
 
9.1 West End Road – Complaint re: Speeding and Overweight Vehicles – Cllr David Williams.
The Council have received an email from a resident expressing concerns over speeding and overweight vehicles on West End Road. The Resident has also asked whether the speed limit could be reduced from 40mph to 30mph. The Clerk has replied to the Resident stating that Wyberton Parish council are currently discussing speeding issues and advised them to contact Lincolnshire County Council directly.
 
9.2 The Annual Parish Meeting – Wednesday 7th May 2025, 6.00pm.
To discuss and agree on the format of the Annual Parish meeting.
 
9.3.  Boston Borough Council Parish Liaison – Cllr David Williams
Both Boston Borough Council and Lincolnshire County Council are concerned that residents
need to sign up for flood alerts.
 
10: Finance
10.1: Approve Payments of Accounts
 
10.2: Bank statements – 12th March 2025.
 
11: Planning matters: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - To consider and make observations on all planning applications received and to note planning approvals, refusals, enforcement complaints and appeal decisions advised by the Borough Council – The parish clerk has delegated authority to respond to planning applications, in consultation with the councillors via email. 
To include those received between the day of posting this notice and the day of the meeting

The Clerk has sent details of the application to all Councillors for comments on 03.03.2025.
