1. Chairman to open the meeting.
2. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting.
3. Public Forum: To resolve to suspend the meeting for a maximum of 10 minutes to allow members of the public to ask questions or make short statements to the council.
4. Declarations of interest (if any): To receive declarations of interest under the Localism Act 2011 – being any pecuniary interest in agenda items not previously recorded on Members’ Register of Interests
5. Minutes of the Parish Council meeting held on Wednesday 12th March 2025- To resolve as a correct record and to authorise the Chairman to sign the official minutes.

7. Clerks Report – Ongoing issues
a) Noticeboard at the front of the Community Centre – To Note
- The Locum clerk has received confirmation that delivery of the Noticeboard will be on week
commencing 24th April 2025.
b) Chattertons – Land at Parthian Avenue - Update
- Final Documents have been received. Cllr M. Sharp (Chairman) to sign.
8. Councillors update on previous agenda items – To Note / To discuss and resolve
8.1. Crest update – Cllr Allan Fryer
- Cllr Allan Fryer to show Councillors revised designs.
8.2. Speeding and traffic / Radar Signs – Meeting update – Cllr Allan Fryer and Cllr Caryn Sheldrake.
- Update following meeting with Graeme Butler on Tuesday 11th March at 10am.
8.3. United Charities Trust - Update - Cllr David Williams
- Letters have been sent to existing trustees to inform them of the need to seek re-appointment.
8.4. East Coast Community Fund - Grant application update – Cllr David Williams.
- Cllr David Williams awaiting quotations to be included in the application.
8.5. Annual Parish Meeting – Wednesday 7th May 2025 6.00pm – Cllr Mike Sharp.
- Waiting on update from Cllr Mike Sharp.
8.6. West End Road - Request to extend the 30 mph speed limit.
- A request has been submitted to Lincolnshire County Council with regards to extending the 30mph speed limit on West End Road. Awaiting a response in due course.
8.7. Boston Borough Council Parish Liaison – Cllr David Williams
- Waiting for handout to be included in the next newsletter.
9. Councillors to discuss and resolve the following items:

To discuss and resolve on the content of the next Newsletter scheduled to be distributed in June 2025.
9.2. Parish Council Precept Increase – Resident complaint.
The Parish Council have received a complaint regarding the increase of the Parish precept.
Waiting on information from Boston Borough Council about previous increases.
9.3. Cyden Homes Ltd – Proposed Estate off Tytton Lane East.
Cyden Homes Ltd contacted the Parish Council requesting suggestions for possible road names for their proposed housing estate off Tytton Lane East. Due to time constraints; the Locum Clerk has responded to the request with 25 suggested road names submitted by the Councillors.

10.1: Approve Payments of Accounts
10.2: Bank statements – 9th April 2025.
11: Planning matters: Town and Country Planning Act 1990 - To consider and make observations on all planning applications received and to note planning approvals, refusals, enforcement complaints and appeal decisions advised by the Borough Council – The parish clerk has delegated authority to respond to planning applications, in consultation with the councillors via email.
