AGENDA
1. To elect a chairman – For the Finance Committee - for the ensuring year 2025/2026
2. Signing of the Declaration of Acceptance of Office by the Chairman to be witnessed by the Proper Officer.
3. Chairman to open the meeting:
4. Signing of the Minutes: Signing of the 2024-2025 minutes.
5. There will be a 5-minute public forum if needed at 10:30am when members of the public may make short statements to the Council:
6. Apologies for absence: To receive and accept apologies where valid reasons for absence have been given to the Clerk prior to the meeting
7. To discuss items relating to the Finance for Wyberton Parish Council.
a. Open via Lloyds a new bank account for bookings and deposits.
b. Purchase a card machine for use at events and use for bookings.
c. Enquire with Scribe (accounts package) regarding purchasing their bookings system, which integrates with the accounts package.
d. Discuss the budget for the year 2026-2027
e. Agree the figure for the precept for the year 2026-2027
